Refund Policy:

  • You are entitled to a refund within 30 days of purchase if the item is faulty, not as described, or doesn't perform its function adequately.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all refunds.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase.

Return Policy:

  • You may return items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

  • We do not accept returns on intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or perishable items.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at 0204 548 3032/info@advancedev.co.uk to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  2. Pack the item securely, along with the original packing slip or proof of purchase.

  3. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our Customer Service team to arrange the exchange.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, we will process a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
